Guiding...

ALSO MEANS TEACHING - in a way that is easily understandable. It's what separates 'just a guide' from a great guide. If you've fished with me before, you know that I have a hard time NOT teaching during the day. I try to avoid overloading my clients with information but after spending a day with me, you will be a better caster, a more efficient angler and have a better understanding of fly presentation and how to achieve that presentation in the best manner.

I will teach you enough that you'll be able to fish the Lower Sac (or anywhere else) on your own and know what to do. You'll know how to read the water, tie your own fly on, and then get that important natural presentation - with or without a moving boat to help.

I can almost guarantee we'll have shots at landing some wild trout, and can absolutely guarantee we will create some lifetime memories in a beautiful environment, and you'll learn a thing or two.
